AS BUILT SITE SURVEY
The As Built Survey Package is the choice option for clients who need to document the existing conditions of a property. This information is often used in lease negotiation, architectural design, or even in legal arbitrations. The package includes the following:
- 360 Degree Site Scan with 3D data using the Matterport Pro2D laser system camera
- Virtual Walkthru with dollhouse view, and measuring ability. Hosted for 30 Days
- Schematic Floorplan in .pdf format
- Technical files drafted in AutoCad (.dwg format) for your design team
- Up to 100 still photos documenting existing conditions to include close ups of electrical panels, meters, and pertinent items.

MILESTONE SITE SURVEY
The Milestone Site Survey is to document construction progress. Used for project management, scheduling, and financial obligations. We conduct thorough progress visits, punchwalks, and site status reporting. The package includes:
- Virtual Tour Walkthru Video in 360 degree (Non- Infrared Camera). Hosted for 30 Days
- Customized punchlist built with your construction team
- 360 degree photo documentation of all accessible areas both interior and exterior
- 150-200 still photos to support the 360 photos
- Typical Deliverables within 72 hrs of site visit

QC and Branding

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the difference between the 3D camera and the 2D Camera?
The standard 360 camera is a two lens aspherical camera that stitches two images together to give you a 360 degree view. Whereas the 3D camera is actually 8 cameras in one and receives data thru its infrared sensors. Essentially, the camera "see's" information in 3D which makes the data within 1% accuracy.
This is why we use the 3D camera for the As Built Site Survey package, so we can take that high level data and complete your As Built deliverables with accurate information.
How do I know if I need 3D or 2D imaging for my project?
If you need the imaging and schematic plans for architecutral and engineering purposes, then the 3D imaging is mandatory. The data has to be highly accurate so we can scale and covert that for AutoCAD.
If you are seeking quality information or virtual tour for the purpose of project management or even advertising, then the 2D imaging is the best option for you.
Does your team come from photography or from construction?
